SEC 01 / METHOD
A Simple List. Hard Sets. No Guessing.
“I mainly use a push, pull, legs split.” You come in with a simple list of workouts, so you already know most of what to expect. An hour to an hour and a half. Cardio stays in, because your health is not a side quest. Want something spontaneous on a day you feel dangerous? I’ll formulate it on the spot.
PUSH
Chest, shoulders, triceps
PULL
Back, biceps
LEGS
Quads, hams, glutes, calves
SEC 02 / OUTCOMES
Level Up
Milestones you unlock, in order. Nothing skipped, nothing invented.
LVL 01
Own the movements
Push, pull and leg basics with clean mechanics and honest effort.
LVL 02
Load the compounds
Real weight on the bar, week over week, with reps that still look like reps.
LVL 03
Weight moving, muscle staying
Body fat down while the work keeps the muscle you built.
LVL 04
A physique you can see
The week somebody notices. That one changes everything.
A bad week is a respawn, not a game over.
SEC 03 / THE PROBLEM
You Keep Stopping Before It Counts
- You want to push yourself harder, but you have no idea where hard turns into hurt.
- You have watched physiques online for years and still have not started.
- You lift, sort of, but nothing on the bar has moved in months.
- You are worried about doing it wrong in front of people.
- You lose weight, lose muscle with it, and end up smaller instead of stronger.
What clients say changes
“Clients would say that I help them realize how much they hold themselves back.”
Landon Ritter
Started In A Basement
I asked my dad to show me a few exercises in a basement and stayed consistent. The first compliment on my physique is the moment I knew I could not stop. That is why I coach in levels: you get a clear next unlock instead of a vague hope, and you get somebody standing there who already knows where your set ends.
SEC 05 / PROOF
Real Words, Real Reps
“I feel good with how far I’ve gotten and am proud of the progress I have made and am looking forward to working with him more to keep improving my strength and abilities. He is now working with me to get my first unassisted pull up, which has been a goal of mine for many years. Working with Landon has made me feel better about my ability and more confident in my body.”

SEC 07 / QUESTIONS
Straight Answers
Do I have to compete?
No. I coach bodybuilding as a way to build a physique, not as a requirement to get on a stage. Most of the men I train want to lose weight, get stronger, and look like they train. The training that builds a competitor is the same training that builds you — the stage is just an option you never have to take.
Is the diet extreme?
No. You get calorie and protein targets that fit your life, and food you will actually eat. Nothing gets cut to zero and nothing gets weighed on a stage schedule. You can run your own starting numbers on the nutrition calculator before we ever talk.
Can I do this natural?
Yes, and that is how I train and how I coach. Natural progress is slower and it is real. Consistent hard sets, enough protein, and progression over months — that is the entire mechanism.
I have never lifted before. Am I too far behind?
You are exactly who I train. I started in a basement asking my dad to show me a few exercises. You get a simple list of workouts so you walk in knowing what to expect, and I coach every rep until the movements are yours.
How hard are the sessions?
Hard, on purpose, and never reckless. I push you past what you think you can do and into a place of struggle that is still manageable. The second form breaks, the set ends.
